Blog #6: Crumbl Cookie
For the most part, I try to eat clean and mostly whole foods. When it comes to Crumbl however, I literally cannot resist. I love Crumbl with a passion. There is so much to unpack about Crumbl from the uniqueness, the physical experience of the store, and how they give back to the community.
Unique Concept
What sets Crumbl apart from other cookie shops or chains is its weekly menu. Every week, the company introduces new flavors alongside classic favorites like the Milk Chocolate Chip and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk. This creates a sense of excitement and anticipation coming from consumers. In my opinion this is a really good marketing technique as the changing selection encourages customers to return to check out the latest cookies.
Physical Experience
When you walk into a Crumbl, you enter and are greeted by the welcoming employees. Your nose is also filled with the aroma of baking cookies that permeates through the air. Customers can enjoy their cookies in-store, or even order to-go. The assembly of the cookies is an experience in itself. The cookies are decorated carefully according to their flavor and name. The employees give the customers a look at the cookies before they send them away, and this gives the customers a sense of satisfaction with their order.
Community and Giving Back
Crumbl goes beyond their delicious cookies and is dedicated to making a positive impact in their community. The company frequently partners with local organizations and charities, donating a portion of proceeds or hosting fundraising events. The commitment to give back really sets Crumbl apart from other chains and businesses.

In only a couple of years, Crumbl's popularity has grown exponentially for a reason. They have single-handedly redefined the cookie experience. They blended innovation with quality and community involvement. Whether you're a cookie connoisseur or just someone with a sweet tooth, Crumbl offers a delightful experience that's hard to resist. Don't forget to check out this week's new flavors. ;)
Hey Maya,
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, I love Crumbl too! The different weekly menus truly do make all the difference, and that's why I feel like they get so much business, because people cant get bored with something that is new every week. My only wish is that they weren't on average 500 to 800 calories.:(
Thank you!
Crumbl is getting so huge now! I have had it a couple times and can definitely see how it can be addicting. I think the fact that they have new flavors every week is what keeps them so popular.
ReplyDeleteYour four new entries look really good, Maya. Your writing flows well, you are developing your content pretty well, and you are working the concepts of rhetoric to connect to your audience and keep them engaged. You have some interesting topics for your audience to connect to. Pretty good visual appeal with images and layout. Nice work. Keep digging into analysis and development. Keep it up!
