     For the most part, I try to eat clean and mostly whole foods. When it comes to Crumbl however, I literally cannot resist. I love Crumbl with a passion. There is so much to unpack about Crumbl from the uniqueness, the physical experience of the store, and how they give back to the community.   Unique Concept     What sets Crumbl apart from other cookie shops or chains is its weekly menu.       As a college student in Arizona, I've had my fair share of discussions about whether attending college is truly worthwhile. In my opinion, it is not worth it to spend so much money and time doing something that you're not even sure about. The rising costs of tuition added with the burden of student debt, make the decision rather daunting. Although this is the case, I believe Arizona needs a better support system for its academic qualities.  Dollars and Degrees      According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Arizonans that have obtained their bachelor's degrees "make 67% more" in median wages than individuals with just their high school diplomas. This statistic goes to show that significant financial advantages are correlational with a college degree. Not only do those with a higher education receive financial benefits, they also are rewarded with valuable experience and knowledge that may be able to enhance their personal and professional lives. ...

 What is Mindful Eating?     Mindful eating is the practice of being fully present and aware of what you're putting into your body. Eating is truly a captivating experience that many of us take for granted. When you're eating, try to notice the colors, smells, tastes, and textures of the food you are going to eat.  Slanted Reporting      There are plenty of slanted reports that people or corporations use in order to manipulate public perception, shape narratives, or to advance their own agendas. Slanted reporting is heavily relied on bias. We can see it almost everywhere! Ads, commercials, and product endorsements are the most common types of slanted reporting that we see on a day-to-day basis.                          Trump's Endorsed Attack Ad     The video linked above is a relevant slanted report regarding the upcoming election. The clip is only about 30 seconds long, but Trump's team manages to implement a series of misleading claims and emotional appeals designed to sway the audience. By selectively editing statements and omitting critical content, the ad shapes a distorted narrative for the sole purpose of undermining Kamala Harris' credibility. Superfood or Health Hazard?

       Throughout the past couple of months, I have seen so many polarized opinions on the consumption of red meat. A lot of fitness influencers recommend eating meat as a superfood and encourage their followers to eat it daily, whereas healthcare providers strongly disagree. So, what can healthy consumption of red meat look like? Why Red Meat?     There is a fitness influencer that I have been following for a couple of years now, and she swears by the carnivore diet.  Here  is a more recent video to get an idea of what she eats in a day. In almost every meal, she is consuming a form of red meat. Entry #1: We Go Jim

      A little less less than a year ago, I stopped going to the gym consistently. I went for a year straight before school at 4:40 a.m. I would go to school then to wrestling or tennis practice after. During this time, I felt my best, mentally and physically. I was happy with who was staring back at me in the mirror.      I took a complete year off after being consistent for a year, and this is where I felt like I had gone downhill. I was still pretty active. I was on my school's swim team in the fall, wrestling in the winter, and tennis in the Spring, but something still didn't feel right. After school however, I felt like something in my life was missing. I had noticed changes in my body and my mental health, so I decided to break through my mental barriers and go back to the gym.  I've been consistently going to the gym for 5-6 days out of the week for 4 months and there are drastic changes in my overall health. Blog #0: Reflections On The Blogosphere

       There are about 7.5 million blog posts that published  everyday  and somehow, today I am one of those 7.5 million that is publishing today. I have never written my own blog nor have I been aware that I was reading a blog before, but if watching  Dog With A Blog when I was 8 counts, then I have dabbled in the art of blogging. Kidding.     Over the past couple of days, I have done some research on different types of blogs. The ones I initially looked over were the lifestyle and fitness types. As I continued my search of finding blogs that I resonate with, I stumbled upon music, daily news, drama, fashion, really any type of genre you can think of, there is a blog for it out there.      I think blogs allow for a wide audience as blogs aren't confined to any one genre or any one topic.
